To secure your appointment, a £30 booking fee is required, deductible from your total treatment cost.

You may amend your appointment once after confirmation is sent from the practitioner. Any changes within 48 hours prior to the appointment date and time require a new booking fee to respect clinic times and a new booking fee is required.

Refunds for the booking fee are only applicable if the practitioner is unable to complete the treatment in the initial scheduled treatment date and time.

If a client is more than 20 minutes late to the appointment, with or without prior contact, it will be classified as a “no-show”, and the booking fee will be lost.
